To be eligible to participate in the Taste Nation community you will need to complete an initial survey that details your preferences and tendencies when it comes to food and drink, as well as some demographic questions to help us classify your answers. Once this survey has been completed you will become eligible to participate. To complete our registration form, click the "Join Now" button.

No. Participation is free. In fact, you may earn rewards for your participation.

If you forget your password, go to the Home page, click on the ‘Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address to request a new password.

For each study, you will receive an invitation by email to participate. The community research will be conducted on the Web. All you need to do is click on the link, or copy and paste the website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link will also appear on the community website under the "My Surveys" page.

Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify studies that look like a match based on your profile, but our sponsoring clients may include criteria which is not part of our membership information. In these cases, the only way to know if you qualify will be to ask you up front in the survey. In cases when your household does not fit the criteria, we will try and notify you quickly and release you from completing any more of that survey.

On average, you will be sent a survey invitation up to 3 times in a month. There will also be new QuickPolls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion forums for you to participate in.

You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.

On average, our surveys are approximately 10-15 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off, if you are in a hurry.

Yes, Taste Nation community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to support@tastenation.co.uk with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

For most surveys and activities, you will be awarded points that can be redeemed for vouchers online after you have accumulated a minimum number of points. Our invitation for each survey or other activity will state the compensation.

Some of our activities allow you to earn a specified number of points. To redeem your points, simply select the "Redeem" button found on the "Rewards" page. You can also view your accumulated points online on the same page. Click here to view the full Terms & Conditions.
